Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review daily work orders and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Locate and assess damage on clients' properties, preparing areas for demolition and repair.
• Perform repairs or replacements of materials and frames as necessary, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Clean up work areas thoroughly after completion of restoration projects.
• Maintain and properly store tools and equipment used in restoration activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current WRT/ASD Certification preferred, but not required (willing to provide training).
• Familiarity with restoration equipment and techniques is advantageous.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
