AI Program Manager - Go-To-Market (GTM) & Product Management (Phoenix)

We are looking for an experienced AI Program Manager with a strong background in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, AI Product Management, and Sales Enablement to drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GTM strategy, AI product launches, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
- Drive AI product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional program delivery.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Business teams to accelerate AI solution adoption.
- Develop customer engagement strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement programs.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, executive presentations, and AI product demonstrations.
- Translate GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Must-Have Skills:

✅ Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
✅ AI Product Management & Product Launches
✅ Sales Enablement & Business Development Collaboration
✅ Generative AI / Agentic AI Product Knowledge
✅ Executive Stakeholder Management
Experience: 4+ years in AI-related roles and 3+ years in GTM, technical product, or related leadership roles.
