Learn more at Aquatech has an immediate need for a full‑time Product Engineer Specialist – Mobile Modular Water Treatment to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee. We are seeking a passionate Product Engineer/ Specialist or Product Manager to drive the development and commercialization of our next‑generation mobile water treatment products. You will be at the intersection of engineering, market strategy, and customer needs, ensuring our solutions are impactful, scalable, and competitive. You will be a pragmatic and inquisitive person, able to oversee engineering and build processes but also zoom out to understand how products can win in their respective spaces. Minimum Qualifications / Experience Bachelor’s in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 3 or more years of experience in product management or engineering within the water treatment or related industrial sector. Job Description Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on mobile modular water treatment systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, sales) to define product requirements and development roadmaps. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to position products effectively. Drive prototyping, testing, and iteration to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability. Oversee Product engineering, procurement, and Supply chain processes to deliver equipment. Develop and manage capital and operating budgets for equipment and drive the best cost and operability position. Work closely with customers and partners to translate needs into technical solutions. Develop go‑to‑market strategies and support sales enablement with product training and collateral. Other duties as assigned. Skill Requirements Ability to adapt to fast‑changing environments. Self‑Starter and energetic worker. Microsoft Office 365. Experience with engineering within the water treatment or related industrial sector.
