Job Description What you will have an opportunity to do: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a hotel or hospitality environment. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for staff to follow, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, supply usage, and maintenance requests. Skills Proven experience in cleaning practices and techniques, with an emphasis on floor care. Strong background in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred. Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong leadership qualities with experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when necessary. #IND300 What are we looking for?
