Position Summary We are seeking a highly energetic and committed full-time Research Associate with an expertise in SPR, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, qPCR, and cell-based assays. Responsibilities: Support development of innovative biologic therapeutics for oncology and cardiovascular/metabolic disease. Design and perform standard biological techniques, including SPR, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, qPCR, and cell-based assays, to support early antibody discovery and preclinical characterization. Produce biologics using lipid-based transfection, followed by purification and analysis by FPLC and HPLC to assess sample composition and quality. Troubleshoot issues with laboratory equipment and experimental procedures. Qualifications MS in Biotechnology or related field required Proficiency in FlowJo, OpenLabs CDS, ImageJ, GraphPad Prism software Ability to work onsite at our Gaithersburg MD office
