Multi-Equipment Forklift Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Rincon, GA 31326
Pay: $20.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Are you an experienced warehouse equipment operator? Join our team!
We're looking for skilled and safety-focused professionals to operate multiple types of warehouse equipment and support efficient, accurate warehouse operations. If you're certified and hands-on with sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, box clamps, and electric pallet jacks (EPJs), we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate all of the following equipment : sit-down forklift, reach truck, box clamp, and electric pallet jack (EPJ) throughout the shift.
• Safely unload, stack, store, and transport merchandise using the right equipment for the job.
• Pick, pull, and prepare products for shipments with care and accuracy.
• Move materials between staging, storage, and shipping/trailer areas as assigned.
• Keep inventory records accurate; assist with cycle counts and regular inventories.
• Rotate and organize stock, maintaining clear aisles and shelves.
• Complete required equipment inspections and safety checks daily.
• Use RF scanners or handheld devices for precise inventory tracking.
• Promptly communicate and help solve any safety hazards or inventory issues.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks to keep the workspace safe and orderly.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to operate and have experience with all of these warehouse machines:
  • Sit-down forklift
  • Reach truck
  • Box clamp
  • Electric pallet jack (EPJ)
• Current forklift certifications (at least three types required).
• At least 1 year experience in warehouse or material handling equipment operation.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer literate; able to use Microsoft Excel and warehouse technology.
• Comfortable with physical work: standing/walking for up to 12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent bending, reaching, and carrying.
• Able to work in large distribution centers and adapt to varying temperature, lighting, and noise.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
