What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
• Evaluate patient health history and develop anesthesia plans
• Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members to ensure patient safety
• Assist in preoperative assessments and post-anesthesia care
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient responses
• Provide support during emergency situations and acute care scenarios
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies

What You Need

• Current RN and CRNA licensure in Ohio or eligible for licensure
• Prior experience in anesthesia or perioperative care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
