Franchise Law Associate Attorney Location: Wheaton, IL (in-office preferred; remote flexibility considered) Mission Recruiting is representing a well-respected law firm that is seeking a Franchise Law Associate Attorney to support its transactional franchise and corporate practice. This role offers direct client interaction and the opportunity to work with franchisors and franchisees on regulatory and transactional matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review Franchise Disclosure Documents and agreements Advise on franchise registrations and compliance Counsel on renewals, transfers, defaults, and terminations Support regulatory responses and training efforts Maintain strong client relationships Qualifications: 2–5 years of transactional or corporate law experience Illinois bar admission required Franchise law experience preferred Strong communication and client-facing skills Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 DOE + collections-based incentive Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 Reference: 148561 #J-18808-Ljbffr Gilder Search Group
