M-F block Pending License accepted: TN Lic can be pending RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission. RTO sent after the offer is presented will not be sent to facility for approval! Special Requirements: Driver's license must be included with submission TN license is required Pediatrics experience required Hospital Highlights: Children's Hospital, Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
