Customer Service AnalystThe University of Virginia's Department of Parking & Transportation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Customer Service Analyst to support a wide range of administrative, analytical, and customer service functions. This position is the first point of contact for many University constituents and plays a critical role in maintaining high service standards and efficient operations. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries, manage account data, process parking citation appeals, and support department-wide reporting and project efforts.ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming customer phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiencyManage and maintain customer accounts and permit dataProcess parking citation appeals in accordance with departmental policyCoordinate and manage carpool enrollment, electric bike refund processing, and alternative transportation incentive programs to support sustainable commuting options.Generate, analyze, and maintain reports and spreadsheets related to permits, citations, and other key dataSupport Parking & Transportation projects with data entry, reporting, and customer coordinationContribute to the accuracy and clarity of internal records and systemsDeliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environmentMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma1 year of related experiencePreferred QualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degreeExperience with parking management systems (e.g., T2, AIMS, or similar software)Two or more years of experience in customer service or administrative supportAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekendsThe anticipated hiring range is $19.00 - $24.00 hourly ($40,000 - $50,000 annualized), commensurate with education and experience. This is a non-exempt-level, benefited position.
