This role plays a key part in keeping systems running safely, reliably, and at peak performance. Key Responsibilities Perform both routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems Respond quickly to maintenance requests from operations and support teams Conduct preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime Source and research parts needed for repairs and ongoing maintenance Partner with production and leadership to complete work with minimal disruption Accurately track labor, materials, and repairs within the maintenance system Assist in maintaining preventive maintenance schedules and equipment records Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability and efficiency Receive, inspect, and verify incoming maintenance parts and materials Follow all safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times What You Bring (Skills & Experience) Working knowledge of industrial systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and more Hands-on experience with tools, diagnostics, and repair equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Self-driven with the ability to work independently and stay organized Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Interested in hearing more?
