Field Reimbursement Manager

To support healthcare providers in navigating patient access, the full-time remote Field Reimbursement Manager will educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, provide expertise on AbbVie Eye Care products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective patient support. Key responsibilities Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools Provide local expertise on payer policies and coding changes Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers within the territory Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in Managed Health Care, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement Extensive experience in educating others on payer processes for specialty medicines Strong understanding of Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D reimbursement dynamics Valid driver's license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements
