Accounts Receivable Clerk LHH is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk for an aviation-related organization in the Litchfield Park, Arizona area. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong cash application experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities Apply customer payments accurately and timely through daily cash application activities Research and resolve unapplied cash, payment discrepancies, and account variances Process ACH, wire, credit card, and check payments Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances Work closely with customers and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues Assist with collections efforts and account follow-up as needed Maintain accurate records within the accounting system Support month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliations Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience Hands-on cash application experience required Prior accounting experience within the aviation or aerospace industry strongly preferred Strong understanding of AR processes, account reconciliation, and payment research Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy Compensation & Benefits Competitive benefits package Stable and growing organization Opportunity to work within the aviation industry Collaborative and professional team environment If you have Accounts Receivable experience, a strong background in cash applications, and aviation industry exposure Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
