Department 37498 Regional Wellness LLC - Kernersville Fitness Status Part time Benefits Eligible No Hours Per Week 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information Various times throughout operational hours Pay Range $24.10 - $36.15 What You'll Need High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 year experience based on certification OR on-going mentorship program with group fitness supervisor preferred What You'll Do Must be able to appropriately operate the stereo and microphone system. Must be able to communicate with GF coordinator via email correspondence on a regular basis. Other methods of communication may be in person, via text, via scheduling platform - GroupExPro or other system. Must effectively lead and grow participation in prospective classes, according to the group fitness supervisor or other management. Must effectively manage movement techniques and safety during prospective classes. Must comply with certification requirements in teaching class and designing class Creates an overall "positive" experience in regard to programming and effectiveness of class. Completes and submits monthly volume and class instruction reports per the direction of the group fitness supervisor or other management Provides equipment recommendations based on class needs and programming. Must be able to actively recruit new members for group fitness classes and membership. Participates regularly in group fitness meetings and feedback sessions.
