BartenderWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.- Engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and food pairings.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and garnishes.- Process payments and manage transactions accurately.- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.- Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Qualifications:- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.- Knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, and spirits.- Strong customer service and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.This position offers an opportunity to showcase your bartending skills while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
