Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) working across diverse school sites in West Palm Beach, FL. As part of an engaged multidisciplinary team, you will help students in various age groups and settings, from elementary to high school, thrive through meaningful speech and language interventions. Full-time positions (35 hours/week) are available across multiple locations with combined assignments to create a comprehensive caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active FL provisional SLP license through the Department of Health
• Open to recent graduates pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); supervision provided by certified, experienced SLP-CCCs
• Not accepting SLPAs at this time
• Successful completion of a video interview and internal eligibility interview
• Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting and potential form submission for previous FL district work
• Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to assigned student caseloads (varied by age, assignment, and FTE)
• Complete assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school district and state guidelines
• Participate in ongoing supervision with an SLP-CCC mentor
• Stability in on-site service only, no virtual positions available
