Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse in support of construction projects. This role ensures efficient product management, accurate inventory tracking, and timely distribution of materials to job sites. The position requires hands-on involvement in warehouse activities, including equipment operation and transportation of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and storage of all materials and products
• Oversee product check-in and check-out processes to maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, transport, and deliver materials to construction sites using company trucks and trailers
• Coordinate material movement to support project timelines and minimize delays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Utilize computer systems and software to track inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity
• Quickly learn and adapt to company-specific software and systems
• Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or construction material management experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate trucks and trailers
• Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred or ability to obtain)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, and move materials
• Work performed in a warehouse and outdoor construction environments
• Exposure to varying weather conditions

Employment Duration:
This is a temporary position expected to last up to 9 months or less, depending on project needs.
