Senior Data Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data industry, is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join their team. As an expert, you will be part of the Workforce Planning and Data Solutions department supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst Location: Redmond, WA Pay Range: $65 (No C2C or 3rd party applications would be considered) What's the Job? Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models to support organizational growth. Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and related Azure services to ensure seamless data integration. Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Manage and support Azure SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making. What's Needed? Advanced SQL development and database design expertise to handle complex data structures. Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks. Experience with Azure SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development and maintenance. Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models, including familiarity with SSAS cubes and dimensional modeling. What's in it for me?
