About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead its financial strategy and operational finance functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the company's growth, with a focus on enhancing financial planning, leading funding initiatives, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. Key responsibilities for the CFO include directing the finance organization, leading fundraising efforts, creating financial models and forecasts, advising on financial strategy, and designing scalable financial processes. The role also involves building and leading a high-performing finance team, overseeing cash planning, and ensuring financial discipline in a capital-intensive business. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role. A background in capital-intensive industries such as infrastructure, renewable energy, or manufacturing is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading capital raise activities, advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution. Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and a practical, hands-on approach are also required. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA, CPA, or similar advanced credential. Experience in cross-border finance, joint ventures, clean energy incentives, government funding programs, or early institutional fundraising is a plus.
