Our organization is actively looking for a full-time Urologist to become part of our Department at Mount Sinai Morningside in Manhattan and the Queens Ambulatory Pavilion.

The Ambulatory Pavilion is a state-of-the-art, six-story facility that offers a comprehensive array of primary and specialty services all in one location. Currently, it houses 50 physicians across various specialties, including Cardiology, Urology, Endocrinology, Pediatrics, Gynecology, and Oncology, along with advanced imaging and procedural capabilities. This Pavilion serves as the primary outpatient facility for our organization in Queens. Additionally, the Mount Sinai Queens Hospital, a 160-bed community hospital connected to the Ambulatory Pavilion, provides essential acute care services to the local community and surrounding areas.

We are looking for candidates who can provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population requiring treatment for a wide range of urological conditions and diseases. The selected individual will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction. Candidates should also have a strong interest in outpatient medicine and a commitment to our organizational mission. Our institution is at the forefront of diagnosing and treating urinary tract and prostate disorders, kidney stones, bladder cancer, erectile dysfunction, infertility, and pediatric urological issues. Physicians will deliver general urological services within a multi-specialty practice, including office-based procedures. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a large primary care referral network and various specialties
• Serve a culturally diverse patient population in a vibrant neighborhood
• Work alongside supportive staff, including Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Physician Assistants, with access to a full-service on-site imaging center
• Utilize the Epic EMR system

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Active New York Medical License and NYS DEA registration
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology

Compensation ranges from $350,000 to $550,000 (excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits).

Our organization provides a salary range to comply with New York City’s Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, specialties, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, actual salaries may fall closer to either end of the range and, in some cases, may exceed the listed range. The stated salary range is applicable for full-time positions and does not include bonuses or benefits.
