MAL - Winthrop HHA/CNA

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for individuals that have a calling for caring. We are looking for caregivers in or around Winthrop, Ma that are able to work weekends. Other shifts are also available, but weekend availability is a must.

The caregiver provides a wide variety of duties with local senior citizens in their own homes. Guardian Angel Senior Services is a fast-growing, thriving, and supportive company. We offer flexible schedules with mothers' hours available. Create your own hours! Days and Nights available. Any or all days of the week. Work at various locations close to your home throughout northeastern Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with 1 on 1 personal care and home management as instructed by and documented on the written plan of care.
• Assist and facilitate activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal-care and hygiene, leisure activities and socialization.
• Help local seniors at home with shopping and/or light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and companionship.
• Ensure client safety at all times.

Requirements

• A compassionate, warm and accepting attitude toward people.
• Ability to respect confidentiality of patients and families.
• Communicate program participant's progress, mental status, and any changes in daily notes.
• Compassionate, caring, and empathetic
• Excellent customer service skills.
