Job Summary:

Provide physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings, focusing on restoring movement and function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish treatment goals.

  Develop and implement customized therapy plans based on patient needs.

  Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.

  Document treatment procedures and patient responses accurately.

Qualifications:
