What You'll Do

As a Material Handler, you'll play a critical role in keeping materials moving efficiently throughout the warehouse while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
• Safely store, retrieve, and transport products, including inventory located at elevated heights
• Prepare materials for shipping and receiving activities
• Utilize handheld scanners, computers, measuring tools, tape guns, and other warehouse equipment
• Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry as needed
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Remain active and on your feet throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience operating forklifts and/or reach trucks
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling environments
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility
• Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, or order picking
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Oracle
• Previous shipping and receiving experience

Available Schedules:

• Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Candidates should be comfortable working at heights and operating material handling equipment in a warehouse setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
