In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award‑winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies. We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.

You will

• Daily fleet management in the Benelux region. This includes trucks, trailers and chassis
• Serve as first point contact for drivers and service partners regarding all fleet‑related matters.
• Ensure the fleet remains in optimal condition by efficiently coordinating and managing repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize costs.
• Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations
• Collaborate closely with the operational team to maximize fleet uptime and availability.
• Performance analysis and optimization to meet KPIs and SLAs

We expect you to:

• A minimum of a relevant MBO+ level degree is required; technical knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fleet manager or vehicle maintenance role is a plus.
• Strong collaborator, you will be in contact with a lot of people
• Strong service and solution oriented mindset
• Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
• Fluency in Dutch & English
• Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is preferred but not required
• Driver license C/CE would be considered a plus

This is a full‑time remote position based anywhere in the Netherlands and travel to customers across the Benelux where the fleet is active will be needed.
