Responsibilities Position Highlights: Join a collaborative team of 4 Neonatologists covering a 15-bed Level III NICU and Newborn Nursery Services offered include: iNO, HFOV, therapeutic hypothermia, ECHO/EEGs Supported by an experienced NICU staff and dedicated neonatal transport team High-risk infant follow-up clinic held monthly with MFM support In-house coverage model with an even and flexible schedule split across 4 physicians Opportunities to participate in CQI and clinical research, as well as share best practices with over 400 NICUs and thousands of Pediatrix providers nationwide This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-level neonatal care in a supportive, community-based environment?while also enjoying a balanced lifestyle in one of the Midwest's most livable regions.
