Practice Manager Opportunity At Town Creek Dental Town Creek Dental is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team! Our practice prides itself on delivering top-quality patient care while promoting a positive work environment for our team. The ideal candidate will build strong working relationships with our dentist and staff, promote teamwork, and help us deliver exemplary patient care. Schedule: Full-time, in-person Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Every other Friday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Benefits: Medical insurance Dental benefits PTO and paid holidays 401(k) Monthly bonuses And more! Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service Verify insurance and complete detailed benefit breakdowns Schedule patient appointments Check patients in and out Collect co-payments Present treatment plans Requirements: At least 2 years of dental office experience required Management experience preferred Working knowledge of dental insurance Experience presenting treatment plans Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
