Pay rate is $34
Remote to start, must be local. Supplier call: Friday, 12/4 12:30pm PST. Phone conference ID: 510 743 934#. SAP required, capital contract experience needed. Service max experience needed. Training will be remotely so they need to be able to pick everything up quickly.
Summary: Customer order management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem resolving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Demonstrates working knowledge of product/service features and how products/services are used in customers' businesses
- Demonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
- Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfillment and post-sales service
- Addresses moderately complex issues
- Resolves moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervision
- Communicates complex information on products and services
