About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its strategic financial operations and manage the daily financial needs of the firm. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for communicating and directing the firm's financial strategy, as well as supporting business growth. This role requires a candidate with a solid understanding of financial management, including depreciation, equity member income, and the impact of financial decisions on the firm's overall performance. The CFO will also be involved in strategic acquisitions, ensuring the firm's financial vision is on track, and looking for opportunities to innovate processes and technology to support the firm's needs. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a CPA designation, with at least 10 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in a professional services setting. The role demands a high level of expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as strong leadership and management skills. The CFO will be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships, manage a team, and ensure the implementation of best practices in financial governance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, and be capable of making independent, strategic decisions.
