Senior Specialist, Field Communications Strategy, Analytics & Operations

Senior Specialist role within Field Communications Strategy, Analytics & Operations team at Merck. Responsible for managing communication channels, platforms, and capabilities supporting US Human Health Field Sales across all business units, with focus on compliance, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Govern communication channel strategy and access across multiple headquarters functions and field-based employees
- Develop and optimize bulletin platform (MyComms) and resource platform (Nexus) in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Provide onboarding, training, and technical support for field employees and communication administrators
- Develop measurement strategies and KPIs for Field-Initiated Exhibits compliance and transparency reporting
- Manage field sales credentialing processes and vendor relationships to ensure compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in any discipline
- Minimum three years experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Operations, or Marketing Communications
- Strategic planning and execution in complex, cross-functional environments
- Advanced written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Data visualization and workflow automation capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI preferred
