As a Clinic RN with Swedish Medical Group, you’ll split your time between the welcoming Richmond Beach Clinic and the collaborative Edmonds Internal Medicine Clinic, bringing continuity, flexibility, and a broadened scope to your practice. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Facilitate care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and education via direct and telehealth encounters. Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school. Associate’s Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. 18 months of professional nursing experience. Pay Range: $43.82 – $68.03 per hour.
