Registered Dietitian -Hospital Inpatient

Registered Dietitian – Inpatient Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA Hours: 40 hrs per week Shift: Day shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 8:00am – 4:30pm Responsibilities Under direction of the Team Leader Inpatient Nutrition or designee, perform diversified duties as a member of the interdisciplinary team involving directing nutritional care for patients on various assigned nursing units. Screen patients for nutritional risks, assess patient nutritional status, provide teaching to patients and families, and other related duties. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition with an accredited program of supervised experience. Registration by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Must obtain order writing privileges within 6 months of hire. One (1) year of experience preferred. Proof of application for state licensure from the Division of Professional Licensure required prior to hire. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.
