Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual client consultations through Zoom and phone appointments
Understand each client's unique goals and financial priorities
Present personalized financial protection and supplemental benefit solutions
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules
Provide ongoing support and relationship management
Participate in continuous training, mentorship, and professional development
Collaborate with a supportive remote team dedicated to client success
