Creative Services Coordinator

Position Overview Job type: Full-time Location: Sacramento (Hybrid: 2-3 days on-site, 2-3 days remote) Start date: June 21, 2026 Department: Communications Reports to: Creative Development Manager Classification: Regular, Full Time, Non-Exempt Supervisory responsibility: No The Creative Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing design development, content production and editorial messaging for projects within the Communications Department. Candidates should have excellent design, organization, and written communication skills, with a passion for producing high‑quality materials that provide value and drive impact within the travel industry. You must be able to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Content Production & Design Development (70%) Conceptualize and execute design materials for a wide range of print and digital projects. Create and manipulate PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, conferences, and executive events. Assist in producing visual content for websites, email newsletters, social media, and print materials. Support pre‑ and post‑press production, including mailing list compilation, vendor coordination, and press checks. Oversee the project ticketing system and manage workflow. Maintain the digital asset email inbox. Research design trends for potential implementation. Assist in brainstorming, production, and art direction of lifestyle and brand photography. Evolve and follow brand standards for all creative materials. Maintain digital assets in the management platform. Corporate Messaging (20%) Assist in the proofing process to ensure design aligns with messaging objectives. Conduct content reviews of materials to ensure accuracy of corporate messaging. Other Duties (10%) Assist with special projects as assigned by the Creative Development Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in a graphic design role (in‑house or agency). Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office. Experience with video editing, email/web production software, HTML, and CSS is a plus. Proficiency in digital asset management, database storage, and content management systems. Proven ability to take direction, work independently, and manage multiple deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Experience using Macintosh operating systems. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $75,500 - $120,000 The actual base salary is subject to variation due to the role, level, relevant education, training, or experience.
