We are seeking skilled Welder/Fitter/Fabricators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fitting. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are completed with precision and quality. The Welder/Fitter will work with various materials and tools, contributing to the fabrication and assembly of components. Looking for hard-working, motivated, team player individuals to fill full-time day shift AND night shift positions. Key Responsibilities Interpret and analyze blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. Mig and Dual Shield Experience. 3+ years verifiable experience working with structural steel. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Possess math skills necessary to accomplish day to day shop calculations. Able to lift material and tools necessary to fabricate structural components (50-75 pounds consistently). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Applicants must be able to arrive at work on time or early. Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe work boots WITH metatarsal guards and other required PPE (safety glasses, face shield, ear plugs in shop, gloves, etc). Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, lift, stoop, twist and bend. Must be able to read and write in English. Must be able to communicate and take instructions effectively. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
