As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for everything from providing regular maintenance to repairing units to providing estimates for clients to improve their lives and homes. You'll primarily build relationships with customers and teammates through education, mentorship, and open communication. Your role is critical to the success of our company, and you will play an integral part in ensuring customer satisfaction. 1+ years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry or a related field Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Physical ability to meet the demands of the job Sales and customer satisfaction experience Basic understanding of technology Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Professional presentation and the ability to connect with customers Patient and diplomatic employee with conflict-resolution skills Must be local Having these traits would also be beneficial: Highly presentable and driven Ability to work well under pressure Extraordinary proactivity and a team-oriented mindset Exceptional accountability and trustworthiness Ability to provide and receive honest feedback Dedication to mastering HVAC service, repair, and installation Commitment to personal and professional growth
