Entourage Trucking, formerly known as Trade Wind Express, an asset-based transportation division with two hubs in Shelby, Ohio and Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Trade Wind Express was founded by R.S. Hanline & Company in 1987.

Entourage Freight Solutions, founded in 2013, is an industry leader and a true 3PL in navigating refrigerated freight as well as dry freight and the expedited markets with more than 8,000 carriers in our vast network.

Position Title:
Human Resources Business Partner

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports managers and employees of Entourage Freight Solutions and Entourage Trucking by delivering HR solutions in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role works closely with leadership to assess talent needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities:

· Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring teams.

· Develop recruitment strategies and attend career fairs and networking events.

· Provide HR guidance to managers regarding employee relations, performance, and policy interpretation.

· Support employee investigations, terminations, and disciplinary actions.

· Partner with leaders to identify workforce and staffing needs.

· Prepare HR reports, metrics, and recruitment analytics.

· Support onboarding, training, and engagement activities.

· Assist with benefit administration and respond to employee inquiries.

· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.

· Support HR policy updates and implementation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

· 2–5 years of HR or recruitment experience.

· Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
