Information Technology Operations Analyst

This opportunity includes a comprehensive 10-week online pre-employment training program, designed to fit your schedule with 20 hours per week of instruction held after business hours. Participants who successfully complete the pre-employment training will receive a $1250 stipend, along with in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a clear pathway into a dynamic tech role. Key Responsibilities: System, batch and hardware monitoring using various tools and GUI's Level 1 & 2 support for incident triage and resolution Performance stress test support Creation and maintenance of process documentation Collaborate with other infrastructure engineering and application teams to ensure successful projects and maintenance/upgrades Provide 24x7 on-call support Disaster Recovery Exercise Support Perform Mainframe System IPLs Ensure system stability post Maintenance Window Required Skills and Qualifications: Must be legally authorized to work in the USA and not require any visa sponsorship now or in future. Associates/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 0-1 year of related experience. Basic understanding of IT operations, Operating systems, Mainframe systems. Familiarity with Z/OS basics, System Automation for Z, Schedulers, JCL, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, Linux, OMVS preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates should be able to commute/relocate to the job location. Candidates should be able to commit to work a minimum of 15 months.
