Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare drawings for the construction of overhead and underground links, cables, and conduits Provide real-time direction to colleagues to meet project timelines and contractual obligations Collaborate with sales to develop tailored design solutions for potential customers Required Qualifications 5+ years of technical experience in OSP Engineering, Construction, or Operations High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred Strong knowledge of OSHA rules, site safety, and telecommunications regulations Proficient in MS Office and various fiber mapping platforms Experience in the fiber and telecommunications industry is essential
