Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant
The Bilingual Medical Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day front office operations within a behavioral health setting. This role involves interacting with clients, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining accurate documentation while helping ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet clients and create a positive, professional first impression
- Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling, changes, and confirmations
- Make outbound calls to clients regarding upcoming visits and follow-ups
- Maintain and update client records in electronic systems
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with office technology, including email and digital file systems
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a clinical setting is preferred but not required
