Diversified is seeking  Loader/Unloaders for a production company in Mansfield, Tx. 

Shifts: 12 hr Shifts- 6a-6pm OR 6pm - 6am Monday- Friday

Pay: $15-$16/hr- Anything over 40 hrs time and half pay! 

Job Summary

Loader/Unloader physically moving raw materials to production lines and transporting finished products from machinery to storage or shipping, frequently lifting up to 50-75 lbs. This high-intensity role requires stamina to handle, stack, and pack materials while operating machinery like forklifts or pallet jacks in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. 

Key Job Responsibilities

• Loading/Unloading: Manually loading and unloading parts, goods, or materials from machines, conveyors, pallets, or shipping trucks.

• Heavy Lifting: Frequently lifting, pushing, or pulling items weighing 50-75 lbs.Machine Operation: Operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, or conveyors to move materials.

• Quality Inspection: Verifying the quality and quantity of parts coming off machines before packing.

• Packaging/Assembly: Assembling boxes, crating materials, and applying labels or padding to secure products for shipping.

• Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures. 

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and lift heavy items for 12 hour shifts.

• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or warehousing is preferred.

• Equipment Proficiency: Certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other lifting devices is often required or preferred.

• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (for scanning/labels) and basic math skills.

• Education: High school diploma or GED is often preferred but not always required.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Repetitive heavy lifting and manual handling of materials.

• Work environments may include high heat, cold, or loud noise levels.
