Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure/certification (CCC-SLP required)
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations, interpreting results, and writing professional reports
• Strong communication skills for participation in meetings with parents, staff, and support teams
• Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy services
• Collaborative, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach
• Commitment to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
• Ready for full-time, onsite work with consistency through June 2027

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 40-45 students (caseload split with a fellow SLP)
• Perform comprehensive student evaluations and craft effective, goal-oriented reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and parent conferences as needed
• Lead engaging 1:1 and group therapy sessions that foster speech and language development
• Utilize current best practices, technologies, and materials in delivering services
• Document student progress and maintain detailed, timely records
