POWDR is hiring a Back of House (BOH) Lead for the Red Rock Grill at Zion Lodge. As a BOH Lead, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and safety standards. You will manage a team of cooks and assist in training new staff, all while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Located in Springdale, Utah, this role involves working closely with the kitchen supervisor and executive chef to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
