Would know in advance, about 30 minutes away.About Facility: \n \n Outpatient rehab is located 1.5 miles away from the Aurora Bay Area Hospital (55 Bed Community Hospital, 1 hour north of Green Bay)\n 3117 Shore Dr. Marinette, WI\n Unit Information:\n \n Beds: N/A\n Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience: Yes\n Will you accept a first-time traveler: Yes\n Patient Types:\n \n Adolescents (approx. 5% of cases and experience not needed) to Geriatrics - general orthopedics, low back pain, hip and knee pain, post-surgical, falls, work-based injuries, general neuro\n Daily Case Load:\n \n About 10 patients per 8h Days\n \n Required Certifications:\n \n BLS, WI state license\n Bachelor s degree or above\n Skills required\n \n Manual therapy, exercise, mechanical traction, lite gait, education, PNS (pain neuroscience),\n Preferred: vestibular trained, dry needling, blood flow restrictions\n Support on the Unit:\n \n Other PTs\n 2-3 PTA\n Manager/Supervisor, onsite and via phone\n Schedulers to schedule visits;\n Multidiscipline team with OT and SLP\n Charting System:\n \n EPIC – preferred\n Equipment: hand weights, TheraBand, resistance machines, aerobic equipment, bikes, new steps, treadmills,\n Floating: If yes, where:\n \n If have a MI license, could float to Michigan Outpatient PT.\n Would know in advance, about 30 minutes away.\n Orientation: (facility and unit)\n \n 1-3 days based on comfort\n Scheduling:\n \n Weekend rotation: None\n Will they be on call: No call\n Holiday Expectations: 50% of holidays in contract or every other holidays \n \n Clinic is closed day of holidays, but open eves and day after holidays\n \n \n Shift times: Manager can be flexible on 5 8h shifts or 4 10h shifts.
