Hospital Medical Sales Representative

Location: Southborough, MA

Position Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships within healthcare facilities, including hospitals, physician offices, and specialty clinics. This role involves educating providers on company products and services, managing a designated territory, and ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up. This is a performance-driven role that offers autonomy, growth potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care delivery. Pay: $45,000-$55,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources
• Present and promote company products and services to potential clients
• Prospect and close new business within the assigned territory
• Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
• Track and report sales activity, goals, and market insights using CRM tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of B2B or healthcare sales preferred; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
• Highly organized with strong time-management and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
