It is an opportunity to influence how KI products are configured, priced, quoted, and brought to market through some of the company's most critical commercial and sales applications.Working alongside business leaders across Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, IT, and Operations, this role will serve as the product owner for KI's quoting platform, product modification database, and key Salesforce solutions. You'll help shape the future of KI's commercial processes by driving automation, improving user experiences, and delivering scalable technology solutions that support business growth.Why This Role MattersShape How KI Products Reach Customers - Lead the evolution of the systems that power product configuration, pricing, modifications, and quoting, helping customers, dealers, and internal teams do business with KI more efficiently.Influence Enterprise Business Processes - Partner with leaders across Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, Manufacturing, and IT to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology-enabled business transformation.Drive Digital Transformation - Help advance KI's use of automation, analytics, workflow optimization, and modern business applications to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization.Own Critical Business Platforms - Serve as the product owner for key commercial applications, defining roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring solutions continue to meet evolving business needs.Improve the User Experience - Work closely with end users to identify pain points, streamline workflows, improve adoption, and create solutions that make it easier for employees, dealers, and customers to interact with KI.Turn Data into Action - Leverage reporting, analytics, and business insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and drive better business outcomes.Build Your Career and Expand Your Influence - Join a highly visible role with the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and help shape the future of KI's commercial technology landscape.What You'll DoServe as the product owner for KI's quoting platform, product modification database, and Salesforce ecosystem.Manage application priorities, roadmaps, and enhancement backlogs.Gather and translate business requirements into technology solutions.Partner with stakeholders to improve business processes and user experiences.Lead testing, implementation, and adoption of system enhancements.Analyze issues, identify root causes, and support resolution efforts.Develop reporting and analytics that support business decision-making.Create documentation, training materials, and user resources.Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors to deliver effective solutions.What You'll Need to SucceedBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, process improvement, or enterprise applications.Experience supporting or leading business-critical applications and processes.Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective partnerships across teams.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms, quoting solutions, or other enterprise business applications preferred.Experience with reporting, analytics, automation, or process improvement tools preferred.Why KI?At KI, you're more than an employee, you're an owner.
