Speech Language Pathologist in Sunnyvale, CA

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Sunnyvale, CA, supporting two high caseload elementary schools. The position offers flexibility with full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) or part-time arrangements to accommodate candidate preferences. The contract runs ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY).


Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students at two elementary schools with high caseloads
• Conduct assessments 1-2 days per week, depending on workload and candidate interest
• Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individualized plans to support student communication needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Maintain documentation and comply with school district regulations and standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Experience working in school settings, with a strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Ability to manage high caseloads effectively and efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to support multiple schools and adjust schedule as needed
