Work Environment This full-time role allows for flexibility in scheduling, including the option to work evenings and weekends, aligning with our clients’ needs. While your primary work setting will be remote, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate in our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, determining their treatment needs through structured methodologies. Design and implement individualized treatment plans catered to the distinct challenges and aspirations of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other appropriate methods based on clients' diagnostic profiles. Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver holistic and integrated care for clients. Educate and support clients’ families, enhancing their comprehension and participation in the mental health recovery process. Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines. Patient Population / Client Focus We cater to a diverse demographic of clients facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral health challenges. Our focus on individualized care ensures that each client receives tailored support catering to their specific experiences and recovery goals. Qualifications Possession of a current and valid professional license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A relevant Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience and specialized training in mental health counseling, with proficiency in therapeutic practices beneficial to client well-being. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for a range of mental health disorders, along with exceptional clinical assessment and therapeutic skills. Ability to establish rapport with clients effectively and motivate them towards progress along their therapeutic journey. Excellent communication abilities and teamwork skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings. Experience working with various client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices. Compensation and Benefits A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
