Description What You’ll Do : Essential Functions: Support the processing and servicing of payment transactions, deposits, transfers, and other money movement activities in accordance with established procedures. Review routine transaction information for accuracy and completeness and escalat discrepancies or exceptions to more experienced team members. Assist with the maintenance of records, documentation, and supporting information related to payment services activities. Respond to basic member, internal partner, or vendor inquiries regarding payment services products, transactions, and processes. Monitor assigned workflows and queues to ensure transactions are completed within defined service standards. Follow operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management procedures designed to support the secure movement of funds. Assist with transaction research, reconciliation activities, and issue resolution efforts for routine payment-related matters. Support clearing, settlement, reporting, and other administrative activities associated with payment operations. Maintain accurate data entry and system updates across payment services platforms and tools. Participate in training activities and continue developing knowledge of payment services products, processes, and organizational policies. Typical Scope: Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Has little or no role in decision-making. Works on tasks and assignments that are routine in nature with well-defined, repetitive problems requiring limited judgment. Follows standard procedures. Typically receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision and is guided by other more experienced individuals. Essential Skills: Education & Experience: Required Education:High school diploma and/or specialized certification Required Experience:0 - 1 years of relevant experience Qualifications & Skills: Basic understanding of office systems, data entry practices, and standard business software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow established procedures and instructions. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage routine tasks in a structured, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and commitment to providing quality service. Ability to learn new systems, processes, and operational requirements quickly. Location: Marlboro, MA - Hybrid Target Compensation: $20.19 - $24.28/hour + annual bonus Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm (35 hours)
