Join our team and become part of a legacy that is more than 100 years in the making! Bring your customer service experience to Dahl Honda in Sheboygan, WI, as a Service Receptionist! In this professional, fast-paced role, you'll help schedule service appointments, follow up with guests, and support the Service Advisors and Service Manager with a variety of customer service and administrative tasks. You'll work closely with our Service Advisors to learn the ins and outs of the role and prepare for future advancement into a Service Advisor position. We'll provide the training and support you need to build your skills, achieve your goals, and grow your career with Dahl Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments.
• Greet service guests as they arrive for their service appointments.
• Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service.
• Communicate with guests and advisors to take care of guest needs.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Assist advisors and service manager with other service and administrative related duties.
• Utilize online system daily.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to stay on task and work independently
• Valid drivers license and clean driving history
