Python Developer
Intone Inc
We are seeking a Python Developer for a contract position in Columbus, Ohio, with a duration of 6+ months.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop large-scale backend systems and full-stack applications
- Build and maintain developer tools, internal platforms, frameworks, and infrastructure products
- Architect distributed systems and service-oriented architectures following backend engineering best practices
- Develop cloud-native applications and manage integration between cloud and on-premises environments
- Implement multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous programming solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver robust software solutions
Qualifications
- Required
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong software architecture and large-scale backend development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Python
- Proven experience building developer tools, internal platforms, frameworks, or infrastructure products
- Expertise in distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, and backend engineering best practices
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and infrastructure
- Experience integrating cloud and on-premises environments
- Experience with multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous programming development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional technical teams
- Preferred
- AWS experience
- Exposure to robotics, machine learning, or computer vision environments
- Experience supporting ML/CV workflows in production
- Understanding of research-to-production software lifecycle
